The Wolgarston Way and Boscomoor estates are mostly combis from the last twenty years, where the service pays for itself twice over: their pressure-loss habit shows up early on the gauge history, and the ones still in warranty stay in warranty. We inspect the flue and trace the condensate pipe — a common cause of gurgling, banging boilers in a Penkridge cold snap.
