A gas hob or fire is priced per extra appliance, and you'll have the exact price before you book, never after.
When is the certificate actually in my inbox?
It's emailed to you once the inspection is done — and, if you want, straight to your letting agent too, as a PDF you can file or forward. Book with your tenancy start date in mind and tell us the deadline, and we'll tell you straight if we can meet it.
Can you do my whole portfolio in one go?
Yes — we're set up for portfolio sweeps.
